1. The SPA is an area of silence and relaxation.
2. The SPA is open on Mondays from 12 pm to 9.30 pm and from Tuesday to Sunday between 8 am and 10 pm.
3. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult within the SPA area.
4. The following are forbidden in the SPA area: smoking, drinking alcohol, bringing in glass containers, chewing gum.
5. All valuables may be left in a safe at the hotel's reception.
6. Staff are not responsible for any personal property left in the lockers within the SPA area.
7. Clothes should be changed in the changing cubicles and personal belongings left in the designated lockers. The key should be worn around the wrist.
8. When using the SPA, being served food or drinks ordered from the restaurant, bar or room service is not allowed.
9. When using the SPA, it is possible to buy drinks available in the SPA area, served only in safe plastic containers.
10. Within the SPA area, great caution should be exercised: no running, jumping into the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
11. Within the SPA area, it is not allowed to use your own MP3 player, camera or mobile.
12. Admittance into the SPA will be denied to persons:
a) who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances,
b) having open wounds or inflammatory conditions of the skin,
c) having symptoms of diseases that pose a risk of drowning,
d) whose behaviour endangers other guests and employees of the SPA,
e) whose hygiene is not in accordance with the generally accepted norms.
13. Persons violating the public order or the SPA regulations will be removed from the facility without reimbursement of admission costs incurred.
14. Silence must be kept within the SPA area. Employees of the SPA have the authority to ask persons who do not observe the rules of quietness or in any other way cause other guests' discomfort to leave.
15. Footwear must be changed to that not used outside (flip-flops), after entering the changing cubicles.
16. It is recommended to use the toilet before using the SPA.
17. Before entering the SPA, guests should wash their entire body carefully under the showers and bathe their feet in the footbath; if wearing flip-flops, bathers should walk through the footbath with the flip-flops on their feet.
18. There can be no more than 10 bathers in the swimming pool at one time, except for activities organized by an instructor.
19. Any person entering a sauna should be covered with a towel and wear no bathing suit or trunks.
20. There are alarm buttons in the dry saunas to use in case one feels unwell inside.
21. Any irregularities, damage etc. which affect the operation of the recreational centre should be reported to the SPA staff.
22. The above regulations should be observed for your own safety as well as for the safety of others.
